Admission Process

Admission to Fafraha Community Senior High School is based on CSSPS Placement. Prospective students can apply online or visit the school administration for more information. The application process is as follow:

  1. check your placement on the cssps portal
  2. Print both enrolment and placement forms
  3. Fill the placement form with required details and submit to your JHS Headmaster/Headmistress for endorsement (signature and stamp
  4. Click here to fill the schools online form
  5. Print the filled form and prospectus
  6. Submit physically at the school all items listed in the requirement section below.

Requirements

Applicants must submit the following:

  1. Enrolment Form
  2. Filled and endorsed placement form
  3. Filled online form of the Fafraha Community SHS
  4. Photocopy of BECE Result Slip
  5. Two (2) passport-sized pictures of student
  6. One (1) passport-sized picture of Guardiant
  7. Photocopy of Birth certificate, Baptismal Certficate or Weighing Card
  8. Previous school transcripts
  9. Two passport-sized photos
  10. All items listed in the prospectus
